I have recently discovered that there's a functionality in Android that allows the user emitting information through ultrasonic sounds, Bluetooth, GPS, etc. It's called Nearby.
Can it will be implemented on Automagic? For example, for transferring messages between devices like notifications, battery alerts, etc.

Yes, this should be possible. It's on my list of features to investigate, however there are quite a lot of things on my todo list so it could take a while.
