Sending UDP or TCP message as an ACTION

Hi,
I want to propose a feature request to work in the ACTION list:
For remote control and communication with electronic devices (Arduino, Microcontrollers, Home automation, etc) would be useful to have the possibility to send a TCP or UDP message.
The menus options inside the action would be:
- TCP or UDP
- Source port (can be specified or "*" for random)
- Target port
- Target IP
- Message (i.e. an string)
