Brightness adjustment on the wear watches

A similar function is in Tasker plugin AutoWear, but I dont want to use an extra program.

You can use action Set System Setting (Android Wear) with Category: System, Name: screen_brightness and a value between 1 and 255 (Android Wear uses values from 106 to 254 when the brightness is adjusted in the settings app on the watch).
