I would like to be able to toggle one handed on to a specific side, and be able to turn it off.

This is because my phone does not have the keys on the screen so I can only preset that holding home key activates one handed to one of the sides. I wood like to use automagic so I can tell it to go to the store it's tilted

I don't think that one handed mode is something provided by the regular Android but it's likely an extension of Samsung or some other manufacturer.
What device are you using? Please also take a look in action Set System Setting to see if one of the settings changes when one handed mode is turned on/off. Maybe you can toggle the mode using this action.
