Secure call

I want to create a flow to secure my incoming and outgoing calls is this possible? If yes how can I create ? Any help ?

Are you talking about actually encrypting and decrypting the conversation?
I have no idea if that would even work outside your phone itself since that would require the network to support that.
I might be completely off here, but that's what i can come up with without any research.
