HTTP Request without Cellular/WiFi

Hello!
HTTP Request fails if no cellular/wifi network, but actually it can be done.
I use my android device as Bluetooth modem, and connected devices is reachable by its IPs over HTTP.
Please, make "Ignore network reachability" option for HTTP Request action.
