Set Priority Mode and Vibrate

Post by sirauto » 16 Nov 2015 20:31

What are the correct actions to use to enable both Priority Mode and Vibrate only at the same time? Set Interruptions Mode = Priority and Set Ringer Mode = Vibrate?

How can I save the current state before I enable the above so that it gets restored to what it was previously at a later time? Is there a generic way to do this in Automagic, e.g. save old state of any setting, temporarily change the setting, restore the setting at a later time from the same flow or possibly from a different flow?

Android internally usually changes the interruptions mode when the ringer mode is changed so I would recommend to change ringer mode to vibrate first and then set the interruptions mode to priority.
You could use action Store Audio Volumes and Restore Audio Volumes to remember the state of the most common audio settings. The actions also support to store/restore the ringer mode and the interruptions mode.
