Call Forwarding

Does any one know how to check whether call forwarding state is activated or inactive? Obviously this would be some sort of condition. I tried "notification displayed on status bar" but that did not work for some reason. Also searched the forums with no luck. Any advice would be much appreciated. Nexus 6 on 6.01.

Condition Notification on Statusbar Displayed should work (package com.android.phone, Text contains Call forwarding).
Does your phone display a regular notification when call forwarding is turned on?
