No vibration on notification

Is there a possibility to turn off the vibration on notification in normal sound mode? On Android 6 with cyanogenmod 13 I have the choice between the settings sound + vibration or only vibration or silent. I want to have only sound on a notification. With CM12.1 it was possible to change this with action system settings. But I didn't found a way to change this in Android 6 (CM13).

I know I can change the vibration settings in most of the apps like Gmail, SMS or whatsapp. But this is quite uncomfortable. I want to change vibration on notification system wide.

Unfortunately I'm not aware about a way to disable vibration for notifications.
