Making an App do something

I suspect this is not possible but can we make an app perform an event that can be done manually.

What I really want to do is have a shortcut that can take the current playing song on Google Music and add it to a specific playlist (hardcoded).

Is anything like this possible?

Hi,

I'm not aware about a way to do this without user interaction. You could try to automate it with action Control UI but the display has to be turned on and unlocked.
