How to handle System Dialogue box?

I am using Launch App Settiing > Data Usage. I am then trying to toggle Cellular Data on or off. If I succeed, I get a system dialogue box "Turn off celllular data?": (sorry the picuture is so big; don't know how to make it smaller.)

What action/condition do I use to "click" on the OK button of this window?
