NFC triggers without NFC

Hi guys. Would you be so kind and tell me WHY this flow starts on its own, without the presence of the NFC tag?

You have two trigger, NFC State: On probably is the cause. Try to remove it by tapping the 5 line icon and uncheck NFC State: On.
