Launch a shortcut

The next version will contain a new action to launch shortcuts to other apps that support the regular shortcut creation facility of android.
This allows to create shortcut to settings pages, browser bookmarks, contacts, navigation, music playlists, google drive files/folders and much more (depends on the apps available on the device).
