Is there a way to put my laptop, running windows 10, to sleep using Automagic and some other software that probably needs to be installed on my laptop?
Look forward to your ideas.

I just use Unified Remote Server. It has so much (including sleep/wake) that i use it parallel to Automagic. Quite a powerful combo.
And inside a property window of a button/widget of Unified Remote, it shows you the uri which you can use from inside Automagic for example.
