Detect a window when lookscreen is on

Hey,
I'm using an app to recive an alarm for volunteer firebrigade.
When receiving an alarm, a window ist displayed over the lookscreen. I there a way to trigger an action with this event? I've already checked the LastEvent-List in UI-Event but there is no entry for this.
Maybe someone has an Idea.

I've chosen another way. Using trigger Notification Status Bar. Now it works
