Caller anouncement not working with bluetooth anymore

This flow has worked in Android 8 without and with bluetooth very good. Now under Andoid 10 without bluetooth it works, but with bluetooth it only anounced the tel number not the name and not in german, but only in english. Without bluetooth it anounces it german. Can you help?

I can't understand much from the flow, as it is in German. Bluetooth device usually use music stream. Make sure all of your speech output action use music stream to announce the the number/name.

As I changed to voice call, I worked better with bluetooth than before, first it anounces the number in english, in spite of german as language is chosen and in spite of incoming name is chosen, but than it announces the name in german, a little bit confusing, but better, than before! It seems the problem is with the order of your flow. Try to rearrange the flow in a single straight line, and the second branch to the right side. It is much easier to debug and see the flow execution. Open the flow and call from another device. You can spot the red color and where it stop when there is incoming call.
