could not get access to the internal storage

So i'm trying to use automagic on my new phone, which is android 13

I keep getting "could not get access to the internal storage. please verify that you selected the internal storage when granting access" and I assure you i did. I even tried the SD card.


when i hit the thing to grant access i get "can't use this folder, to protect your privacy choose another folder" and it gives me "create a new folder" but automagic won't use that. I already HAD an automagic folder on the phone and SD card.. so i don't know what automagic is after but it's not getting it
