Unknown Cell ID's as Trigger

Hi all,

In Llama there's a trigger whereby when you connect to Unknown Cell ID's, (ID's not captured on any list) an Action is invoked.
This type of trigger is useful when outside of home, or outside of office, just basically being outside.
Is there something similar I can do in Automagic?

It seems that the only way to do such a thing is to create a Condition ie. If home WiFi = False then trigger Action, but then I would have to make a bunch of Conditions for each location.

Any ideas would be much appreciated thanks!

It looks like Periodic Location Timer might solve this, let's give it a go.

As I delve deeper into this effort I found what seems to be a perfect solution;

Use Trigger Phone Cell GSM,
Check LAC LIST
"-1"
Check CID LIST
"-1"

Then check Connected State? Or Disconnected?
I'll test.
