Cooldown time setting?

Is there a Tasker equivalent of "Cooldown time" setting (Right click a profile in tasker and select properties) in Automagic?

I'm not familiar with tasker, so could you specify a bit more of what do you want so I may be able to help? Or even better, give a clear example.

Cooldown time "The time after the profile (analogous to trigger in automagic) has become active before it can again become active"

Example:
I want the trigger "active network type" to execute the flow again only after a minimum gap of 1 hour of its last execution time. In tasker, I can easily set the cooldown time to 1 hour, but I was unable to find such condition in automagic.
