Yes I turned asseccibility on and my android version is 4.1.2. And boundries didnt turned green of trash icon.

The recent apps is implemented in a way that does not work with action Control UI on some phones. If no controls get the green border (or when the controls of the underlying activity are detected) then you have to switch to the Execute Root Command: input tap-method. On an S3 following action works: Execute Root Command: input tap 600 1250. You can find the coordinates by turning on the option Show pointer location in Settings->Developer Options.
You probably need an action Sleep: 2s before you execute the root-command to wait until the device properly displays the recent apps screen.
