Error using default "SMS location" flow

I am trying to use "SMS location" default flow, but it doesn't work: I receive an error, "Provider Network disabled". What does it mean?

Youi may want to turn on WLAN, and/or enable WLAN location services even when WLAN is turned off, and/or turn on GPS, and/or allow apps (Automagic) to request location.

Hi,

The action Init Variable Location uses the location provider Network by default, which means that the location settings of the device needs to be set to High accuracy or Battery saving on newer versions o Android respectively Use wireless networks needs to be enabled on older versions of Android.
