Help with Control UI, Font Size and Shutdown

1º: If I do an flow than use Control UI, in an time for instance 3:00 am, in my tests it only work with screen on, have an possibility to do with screen off?

2º: I have an app called Font Size Setter, this, change the font size immediately, the Automagic have an action to change any setting, also font size, but only if you restart android, how apply immediately?

3º: How I can open with an shortcut the Power Off Menu? (Phone Options menu, than open with long click on power button)

Hi Marcos,

1: Not possible with screen off since Android prevents Control UI from working when the screen is off. You could use action Turn Screen On to work around this problem.

2: That's currently not possible to my knowledge. What action do you use to change the font size, Set System Setting?

3: To my knowledge the power off menu can only be opened on Android 5 with Control UI: powerDialog() (available in the next version of Automagic).

About power menu, my android is 4.1, in this version is possible open, today? Or in next AM version? Yes I use to change font, Set System Setting is wrong? To close, an suggestion, add Service Trigger.

But, if Font Size Setter can change font size immediately without restart android, then is possible.

Power Menu: That's not possible on Android 4.1 to my knowledge. Maybe someone else reading the forum knows about a way to do it.

Unfortunately Android does not provide an official way to change the font size. I'm only aware of one unofficial function to achieve this but it even requires root on newer versions of Android (>4.2). I will add it to the todo-list to add such an action when time permits.
