display trigger broken on Android 4.4.2
The display trigger will activate once after the flow is turned on, but the it will not activate again regardless of how many times the display is turned on or off.

That's strange, I did not get any reports about such a problem yet.
Could you please create a very simple flow with trigger Display State: On and an action Vibrate to see if this flow works? Could you please also enable Debug Log in the preferences of Automagic and send the log to me after you've turned the display a few times on/off (menu->Manage->Log, menu->Send Log)?
What device model and Android version are you using? Custom ROM, rooted? Are you using any tools like display overlays/filters that could keep the display on but turn it all black?
