How to move files automatically?

Hey Guys,
I'm looking to setup an automatic flow to move files from my Internal SD to my External SD card from the Google Camera photo folder.
I've given it a play around, using File Observer and File Move but I can't seem to make it work.
Can anyone help me or give me some idea of how to go about it?

I've got a similar workflow. But it's time-based. Every hour between 8:00 and 20:00 I move the files.

On android 4.4.x+, non stock apps can't write to External SDCard. You need to root.
