conditions based on app...?

yes i get the same result either way. if i checkmark recent for the launcher it gives me a toast even when ik at my home screen but uncheck it and it opens kik even when im in another app. same goes for the others. if i mark it,it works once and then sits at that behavior (it tells me already in app while in kik but then wont stop telling me even when i close)
