If I start the "UI-access" I'll get all TalkBack-Services on my S3 ... not as nice as it sounds.
Any hints to disable TalkBack but using the UI-Service?

You are probably running into the following Android issue:

A workaround is to Force stop the Google Text-to-speech Engine under Settings->Apps. This solves the issue only until you reboot the device.

Unfortunately there is no known workaround I could implement in Automagic so we have to wait for a fix of the manufacturers.
