Get List of SAVED WiFi Networks

Hello, this is a realy great produkt but not easy to understand for a newbie like me.
Therefore i have a question.
Is it possible to get a list of Wifi Networks marked as saved?
I want to check if a special device is in the Networklist and if it is in this list then i want connect to it,
otherwise the Network should stay as it is.
Til now i try to connect to the device and if it is connected i do the settings i wanna have on my droid.
But to reach this i have to put a pause of 8 seconds in my flow because changing WiFi Network
is very slow.
