Is it possible to check the current data flow/speed? I have data off and enable data once every 30 min, after 30 sec it's turned off again. It works great (happy battery) but I only want to turn it off if the current down-/upload speed is below a certain value. The plan is to re-check every 5 sec up to a max time limit.

Alternatively I could do the same if there is a way to check total down-/uploaded since a time stamp/last 2 min.

If this is possible I can finally make a perfect replacement for Juicedefender.
