Help getting started please

Hi. Please bear with me - I'm new to Android and, of course, new to Automagic (which I bought because of the flowchart-like interface). I have explored the forum and looked at the Control UI and Script Actions, but I'm kind of mystified still.
What I want to do sounds simple enough, but I'm missing something. I have two keyboards that I'm toggling between, and I'd like to do it at the touch of a button rather than by the multi-step process it requires otherwise. Essentially, I want to open "System Settings > Language and Input > Default" to reach the "Choose input method" selection dialog, and then select either of MessagEase Keyboard or SwiftKey. If MessageEase Keyboard is active, select SwiftKey, and vice-versa.
More simplistically, I could have two shortcuts, one to make SwiftKey the default keyboard and one to make MessageEase Keyboard the default keyboard.
I'm stuck, though, on how to reach "System Settings > Language and Input > Default" so that I can do "click("MessageEase Keyboard");" or "click("SwiftKey");' in the "Choose input method" selection dialog.
I'm missing something. Please help me over this hump. Thanks!
Edit: I probably should have mentioned that I've got a Verizon Samsung Galaxy III, and I'm using Nova Launcher in case that matters.
