Hi,
Android 2:
Open the list with the custom widgets (menu->Custom Widgets), long-click the widget and select "Delete" in the popup menu.
Android 3+:
Open the list with the custom widgets (menu->Custom Widgets), touch the dropdown triangle icon on the right side of the widget row and select "Delete".
