So after the update on my s3 I am having an issue with the following flow. It's basically that it is not periodically updating to check my location. It works if I manually do it though.

Please enable Debug Log in the preferences of Automagic, disable and enable the flow wait about 20 minutes and send the log by mail to me (on the flow list: Menu->Manage->Log, Menu->Send Log).

Hey its not working again. Should I send the logs?

Hi,

Please verify that the location providers are enabled in the preferences (Android Settings->Location access, Wifi and/or GPS) and reboot the phone once.
If it still does not work after the reboot, then please send a debug log to me (info@automagic4android.com).
