shortcut to network setting?

hi, is there a way to create a shortcut to network setting? I mean like the app widgets that shortcuts to 2g/3g settings.
or shortcut to any settings item, thanks

Yes, you can use a trigger Shortcut to execute a flow and use one of the following actions:
-action Launch App. Select the settings package and a page you like. Some settings are hidden in the Phone-package (like MobileNetworkSettings to toggle 2G/3G).
-action Launch Shortcut/Settings shortcut
