Automagic keeps restarting

Hello,
after I've upgraded my phone from SGS1 to SGS3 I noticed (a few times) a situation when automagic was kept restarting.
It looked like automagic icons were popping in and goes away and when I opened notification area I saw automagic comes and goes.
At the same time "application manager" was showing "Restarting..." in regards to automagic.
Looked like the system killed the process (may be to free up some RAM) and was trying to restart the process or the process was trying to restart itself but could not.
(I did not use any taskkillers at that time and I have completely stock non-rooted phone)
I manually opened the automagic, pressed "Stop service" and "Start" and it helped.
Is the any way of making automagic process "privileged" to decrease probability of being killed by the system (I know some apps have such option) ?
I am happy to send logs but it happens only occasionally and my log file is usually overflowed with a lot of messages coming from a number of working flows rather then from automagic itself.
Any ideas?
