Mobile Datanetwork States?

Mobile Datanetwork can be enabled or disabled with action.
Conditions can check whether data is enabled or disabled!..

But again when data is enabled it can be in following 3 states-
1.Connected
2.Disconnected
3. or Turning on.

How to check for these states of "Enabled Mobile Datanetwork" ?
Just as in the case of wifi, it is possible to check for these 3 states.

There might be a way to extend the condition.
I will add this to my todo-list but it will take some time until it becomes available since the todo-list grows quite fast lately.
