Recently I got my phone soft bricked which I solved by flashing Slim Bean(4.3, newest stable build). I'm kind of newbie to this flashing stuff, so am I to expect any problems with Automagic? Or should it behave similarly as with the stock ROM(sgs4, touchwiz)?
Also, you can answer this generally, not just regarding Automagic.
Thanks!
Any problems with custom ROMS?

Re: Any problems with custom ROMS?
Hard to say, I mostly test Automagic on official ROMs. Cyanogenmod usually works quite well but at times there can be serious problems on nightly builds (which is to be expected for nightly builds). I have not yet used Slim Bean.
There have been some problems in the past with custom ROMs which caused crashes in Automagic when using a regular trigger Shortcut or trigger Assist (MIUI ROM when I recall correctly) but other than that I don't get many bug reports for custom ROMs.

Re: Any problems with custom ROMS?
My two cents,
I tried many custom roms, currently omni 4.4.2 nightly at my sgs3.
Never had serious problems everything works as expected and if not it was always my fault
