Is it possible to add an option in Incoming Call trigger to detect if call screen is locked or not (slide to answer)?

Hi,

It should be possible to determine this difference by using the new condition Keyguard Locked available in the next version. The new condition is mostly untested for now but it seems to work on a Nexus 5 with Android 4.4.
