I just upgrade to a KK ROM and each time I reboot and go into Automagic, I get an error "The flow definitions have been modified outside of Automagic". Does anyone know how to fix this?

Please backup your flow/widgets or create a backup of the complete Automagic folder. Depending on Android version or device the folder is stored in one of the following locations:
/sdcard/Automagic/
/mnt/sdcard/Automagic/
/storage/emulated/0/Automagic/
Then uninstall and reinstall Automagic and see if this helps (restoring the backup should not be required).

If this does not fix the issue then please enable Debug Log and Log to SD card in the preferences of Automagic, create a new empty flow, exit Automagic, reboot, open Automagic and then send the log on the sdcard by mail to me (file /storage/emulated/0/Automagic/log.txt, send to info@automagic4android.com).
