Can we restore deleted call log??

No, that's not possible. The call log can only be cleared. Unfortunately many providers modified the call log database so heavily that it's not easily possible to insert new entries.

And can we take backup of call log??

No, not with Automagic (maybe it would be possible with sqlite and root or to directly copy the call log database using root to another place).
There are some call log backup/restore apps available in Google Play. Maybe there's one that supports the plugin protocol.

You cal request your call log from the mobile operator (see here) but that's not universal solution at all. Try to read your sim card data to find your call log history.
