I have it set so the auto sync turns on when I'm connected to Wifi, but it doesn't work.
I have a separate flow to set it off when I'm not connected and that always works. Any idea what's going wrong?

Is the flow executed at all when you connect to the WiFi? Maybe another flow turns off Auto Sync again. Please check menu->Manage->Log if the last action 'Set Auto Sync State' was indeed the one to turn auto sync on.
Could you please share the flows here so we can check if there's something wrong in the flow definition (open the forum within Automagic and use the button Publish Flows/Widgets)?
