Error: Condition can check only the topmost app on 5.0

I just upgraded to a lollipop ROM and I am getting this error on one of my flows. It has to do with turning on and off GPS automatically. Any ideas what it means and is there a fix?

Hi,
You are probably using a condition App Task Running in one of your flows which can only check the topmost respectively the most recent app on Lollipop since Google removed the API that was used to detect the running tasks for security reasons.
You can open the condition and check option check most recent app task only.
