Help with Init Variables

I post an topic about how do a trigger based on data volume, mobile (without wifi) upload+download together. Martin replied me than not have an trigger, but than I can do an trigger using Init Variables Network Traffic, but I have 3 asks, somobody know?
Ask 1: If I open the action Init Variables Network Traffic, it have only for lines with some text, one line is for total download, other to total upload (total = with wifi), other line is to mobile download, and other to mobile upload. My ask: How make it an trigger?
Ask 2: If I want download + upload, only mobile, so, 50 mg is the trigger, an instance, if I have 35 mb of download + 15 of upload it run the flow, I want download and upload together, not independent, what I do?
Ask 3: Where I set the data volume, instance, 50 mb?
