Set wifi state after some time

hello,
i have this flow that use wifi disconnected as a trigger, it suppose to work every time i go out of my place. However, i've been having problems with my wifi connection and sometimes it goes off and the flow starts, still on my place, and then the wifi go on again after a few secs.

So, how can i make the flow to start only after the wifi has been off for more than a few secs? i'm kinda new on this so i'm still on the process of learning the basic and so, if someone could point me in the right direction i would apreciate it.
