send SMS location based with a twist

hello
i would like to send an sms home on the way TO home (travelling by car) 10 min prior to arrival. there is 4 different roads converging to 2 roundabouts.
i can't seem to get my head around the following problem: SMS should of course not be sent on the way FROM home.
so i guess i need the flow to check on which road A1/B1/1/2/3/4 i was before entering roundabout A or B
not getting my head around this, any help appreciated, thanks in advance
