How to open an gif image in automagic widget??

Hi,

It should be possible to use a GIF like any other image. However animated GIFs are not supported so only the first frame of the animation will be shown.

What do you mean with 'waiting animated'? You could display a custom widget with a gif image in a notification on screen, however the same restrictions apply, so no animation playing, just the first frame will be displayed.

Waiting animated means loading image

You could use a script to replace an image within a widget, however a notification on screen will just show the widget with the image available when the action is executed so you can not replace it while the widget is shown in this particular action. You would have to use an action Show Custom Widget Overlay and change the image while the overlay is displayed.
