Call Number

Hi--I am trying to setup a flow to remotely forward my landline. Ideally, I would like a widget on my home screen to do the the following:
Call a number,
Pause,
Enter my landline number and pin,
Pause,
Enter the forward command (*72),
Pause,
Enter the number to forward to,
Pause,
Enter 1 to confirm.
Pause, and
Hangup

I found the Call Number action, but no pause command. Also, I have no idea on how to create a widget.

Any assistance is much appreciated.
