Input Dialog (Time) bug?

I execute manually this flow and no matter what I change the time, the value remain equal with triggertime:

You wouldn't experience the problem because your device is set up for 24 hour time - you don't have the AM/PM indicator.

I can reproduce this bug. I hope to fix it with an update soon.
When you switch to Date+Time, does changing the time work on your device/ROM?

Yes, with Date+Time all is OK
