Is this a known bug?

I had to reinstall automagic and since then I can't get it to start when the device boots up.

I've tried turning it off and then back on again in settings but it hasn't fixed it.

Hi,

This is not a known bug. Could you please enable Debug Log and Log to SD card, ensure that Start after boot is checked, leave Automagic by pressing the back key a few times and then restart the device.
Use menu->Manage->Log, menu->Send Log to send the log to me by mail so I can check if there's something wrong.

What Device/Android version are you using? Any root-tools or app killers installed, Xposed modules or some ROM modifications?

Regards,
Martin

Hi Martin

I'm running unrooted android 4.4.2 and done have any app killers ...etc

I have "start after boot" enabled in settings and I've tried unchecking an enabling it again and it doesn't make a difference.

I also have a flow to kick in when automagic starts but the problem is I need automatic to start with the device.

If I open automagic manually from the icon I can see the service running in the notifications

I reflashed my firmware today and then installed automagic but I still couldn't get automagic to start up with the device, so as an experiment I installed tasker and it worked perfectly so it's definitely something wrong with automagic.

I hope this gets fixed soon as I liked automagic :(
