Lock screen dialogue on lollipop

Hi Martin
Automagic is not able to show input dialogues on the lock screen anymore (lollipop 5.1.1)

The same flow used to work perfectly on KitKat.

A flow can be triggered by a shortcut placed in the lock screen and it executes fine internally (invisibly) but any dialogue boxes simply do not show up

Do you know if this is a security limitation that cannot be overcome anymore, or if there is a tweak I could do to make it work?

Thanks

Hi,

It still works on my test device. Did you enable Show when locked in the input dialog action?
What kind of device model are you using? Are you using the ROM of the manufacturer or a modified ROM?

Regards,
Martin

Thanks for the Quick reply.
In fact after some more tests the dialogue box does show up, what isn't working is my shortcut setup via gravitybox, it simply does not trigger the flow.

Moving on, I thought it could work via widget. I then created a custom clickable one that only shows on the lockscreen.

The widget shows OK, it also triggers the flow OK and the dialogue box finally shows up..... however the keyboard is prevented to open in the lockscreen and the whole thing turned useless.

I'm sure automagic is doing its bits well but my system is quite well locked down.

I have a fairly new phone from 2016. Zte axon mini b2016, mifavor UI, lollipop 5.1.1.
