USB stop flows/app

Sometimes I have the problem that flows will stop and/or not started in case the phone is connected to the USB. Seldom has it happened in that case that the complete app will be closed.
While the phone is connected to the USB port some of the flows are not started and if a flow was running it will be stopped in the middle.
My first idea was that it has something to do with the USB-debugging mode. When I switched the USB-debugging mode off (while the phone was connected) the flows were restarting / continuing.
Next time when I connected my phone to USB it happens the same (flows stopped) even that the USB-debugging mode was already off. So the USB-debugging mode is not the problem.
Now I have detected that only flows are stopped which are started by a time related trigger (e.g Global variable date/time). Other triggers (even triggers from the USB connection) are working.
It seems to be that the USB connection just to load the battery will more seldom causes the problem. A PC connection is more the problem.
I have an Honor 6 phone with marshmallow (Android 6.0) with Huawei EMUI4.0 (Build-number …B820).
Thanks!
