reboot recovery shows message "factory reseting"

Post by LED » 08 Dec 2016 15:10

Hi Martin,

As the title of this topic is clear, could you fix that so people don't have a heart attack?!

the command works fine, it is just the message that is wrong.

Cheers

Hi,

Automagic has no such message. It's probably a message shown by your ROM.

Ok thanks,

it is strange that I had a power menu manager which used to give me the correct message "rebooting"

and if I trigger the reboot from titanium backup, it doesn't even show anything, it just goes straight to black screen.

Never mind, I thought this was something inside automagic......anyway at least it does reboot into recovery which is the main point.

Thanks

You can also use the classic reboot that is probably also used by titanium backup with action Execute Root Command: reboot.
